How do I receive my QME CE certificate?
Everything can be done completely online and receiving your certificate is no exception. After completing your course and submitting a short survey, your CE certificate will be presented to you in PDF format for you to save and/or print. This certificate will be stored in your account available for you to view and reprint at any time. Here is the general course process:
- View our QME CE courses and read any course for free (available as a PDF)
- When you’ve found a course you like, click the “Purchase This Course” button
- Fill in your billing and certificate details, and submit payment securely with your credit card
- Visit the course you purchased, and click the “Take The Course Test” button
- Complete and pass the course test, then complete the end-of-course evaluation
- Print your QME CE certificate, all done online!
Are the courses really free to view?
Yes, all of our courses can be downloaded and read completely online for free. We encourage our users to browse through the course before purchasing to ensure the course presents interesting and relevant information. When you’re satisfied with the course you’ve chosen, complete your purchase, take the test, and receive your QME CE credits all online!
Will QME credits count toward required California CME credits?
Yes, your QME credits can count toward required CME credits. Most California-licensed physicians are required to take 12 hours of CME on pain management and the appropriate care and treatment of the terminally ill.
How do I pay for the course certificate?
Payments are processed by a secure and certified credit card processing company. Simply enter your credit card details on the checkout page to pay for your course. If you are not able to pay with credit card, please contact us and we will be happy assist you with additional payment methods (check, postal money order, etc.).
How many times can I take the course test?
You can take the course test until you receive a passing score of 75% or above. You may take the test as many times as required to receive this score. Courses may also be retaken after 2 years to receive your QME CE credits.
What address is used on my course certificate?
The certificate address in the “My Account” area is used when generating certificates after the course evaluation is completed. You may change your certificate address at any time in the “My Account” area or during checkout where your certificate address is shown next to your billing address. The address fields shown during checkout will be pre-populated with the addresses defined in the “My Account” area. Updating addresses during checkout will also update your addresses in the “My Account” area. Once a certificate is generated, updating your addresses in your account will not change the addresses for previously generated certificates.
